Subscription Terms

These terms describe Ryli’s auto-renewing subscriptions, which are billed and managed through your Apple ID, not by Ryli, Inc..

1. Subscription plans and prices

  • Annual: ₫749,000 /year (introductory price — standard price ₫1,498,000). Equivalent to approximately ₫62,500/month.
  • Monthly: ₫149,000 /month.

Prices shown are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices in other regions may vary based on Apple’s App Store pricing tiers and local taxes. The price you pay will be displayed clearly in the purchase confirmation sheet before you confirm.

2. Length of subscription

  • Annual: 1 year per billing period.
  • Monthly: 1 month per billing period.

3. Free trial

The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After your 7-day free trial, your Apple ID will be automatically charged ₫749,000 for the first year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

The Monthly plan does not include a free trial.

4. Auto-renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price (unless Apple notifies you of a price change in advance, in which case Apple will require your explicit consent to continue).

5. How to manage or cancel

To cancel your subscription on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Ryli.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple’s subscription settings.

6. What happens when you cancel

You keep Premium until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to the Free tier (1 alarm, all 4 missions, full streak + consistency score). Your local data — alarms, missions, streak — is not affected by cancellation.

7. Family Sharing

Premium can be shared via Apple Family Sharing. Up to five family members in your Family Sharing group can use a single Ryli Premium subscription. Sharing is set up through Apple’s Family Sharing controls in Settings.

8. Refunds

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
