Ryli uses Apple’s AlarmKit, the same system Apple Clock uses, so silent mode and Focus modes do not affect ringing. If an alarm did not go off, the most likely reasons are: alarm permission was revoked, the alarm was edited or deleted before fire time, or the phone was powered off.

Check Settings → Ryli → Alarms is enabled, and plug the phone in overnight if the battery is low. If the issue persists, email us with the alarm time and we will look at the logs.

If a mission fails repeatedly, try switching to a different mission in Settings (Math is the most forgiving). Camera-based missions need a well-lit room. If the issue persists, email us with the mission name and time of the alarm.

Cancellations happen through Apple, not through us. Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ryli → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep Premium until the end of your current billing period. Full steps on the Subscription Terms page.

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Ryli. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Ryli charge, and tap “Report a Problem.” See our Refund Policy for details.

Streaks live on your device. If the streak was lost because of a missed alarm or app issue, email support and we’ll see what we can do, but most streak data is stored locally and may not be recoverable after the app is deleted.

Object Hunt uses on-device image recognition (iOS Vision framework). It works best in good light with the object filling most of the frame. If a specific object is consistently rejected, you can switch to a different object in Settings.

Yes. Ryli rings through silent, Do Not Disturb, and any Focus mode automatically. AlarmKit handles this at the operating system level, the same way Apple Clock does. No allow-list configuration is needed.

By default, Ryli data lives on your device, so deleting the app removes your alarms, missions, and streak. If you signed in with Apple to sync across devices, your synced data stays in your account until you delete it — go to Settings → Account → Delete Account or the Delete account page. Your Apple ID subscription is separate — you must cancel it in Settings or it will continue to renew.
