Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Ryli account and everything we’ve synced at any time. Here’s how — and exactly what happens when you do.
1. Delete in the app
The fastest way is from inside Ryli:
- Open Ryli on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and synced data are erased right away.
Just want to switch accounts or step away? Signing out keeps your data — use Settings → Account → Sign Out instead. Deleting is only for when you want your account and synced data gone for good.
2. Delete by email
If you can’t open the app, email us and we’ll do it for you:
[email protected] — subject “Delete my Ryli account.” Send it from the email address linked to your Apple ID if you can, so we can verify the request. We complete email deletions within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it.
3. What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we:
- Revoke the Sign in with Apple token through Apple’s token-revocation endpoint, severing the link between your Apple ID and Ryli.
- Hard-delete all of your server-side personal data — your Apple user ID, alarms, missions, settings, and stats. A permanent erase, not a hidden flag.
Any other devices you’re signed in on clear their session automatically the next time they sync, once the server reports the account no longer exists. Deletion is irreversible. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel yours in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See our Subscription Terms for details.
