Delete account

Account sign-in with Apple is optional and only happens after a purchase. Even so, you can delete your account at any time. Here’s how.

1. In-app deletion (preferred)

To delete your account from inside the app:

  1. Open Ryli.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by entering your name or by signing in with Apple again.

Once confirmed, this permanently removes any data we have associated with your account.

2. What gets deleted

  • Your subscription record on our side (the subscription itself is managed by Apple — see below).
  • Your anonymized account identifier from Sign in with Apple.
  • Any usage analytics tied to your account, if you opted in.

3. What does not get auto-deleted

  • On-device data. Your alarms, missions, and streak live on your phone. To remove them, delete the app from your device.
  • Your Apple ID subscription. Cancel it separately in Settings — see the step-by-step on the Subscription Terms page.

4. Web request fallback

If you can’t access the app for any reason, email [email protected] from the email associated with your Apple ID and we’ll process the deletion within 7 business days. Include the Apple ID email you used to subscribe so we can match the account.
