Refund Policy

Refunds for Ryli subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Here’s exactly how it works.

1. How refunds work

Ryli subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never charge you directly — Apple does. Because of that, refund requests must go through Apple’s system, not through us.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find your Ryli subscription charge.
  4. Tap Report a Problem next to the charge and follow the instructions.

3. Apple’s decision is final

Apple reviews refund requests case by case. Their decision is final — we don’t have access to override it, even if we’d like to.

4. Mistaken or unrecognized charges

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you need help reaching the right Apple page, email us at [email protected] and we’ll point you in the right direction.
